4. User Registration and Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to register for an account or connect through a supported messaging platform (Line or Telegram). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

5. Subscription and Payments

Finbby offers both free and premium subscription plans. By selecting a premium plan, you agree to pay the subscription fees as described at the time of purchase.

5.1 Billing

We use third-party payment processors to bill you through a payment account linked to your account. Payment processing is subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of these payment processors in addition to these Terms.

5.2 Subscription Terms

• Recurring Billing: Premium subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds: Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with applicable laws.

6. Return Policy

WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT (i) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (ii) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, OR (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
